Description

Caustic Soda

Caustic soda, CAS#: 1310-73-2, is used to increase the pH of most water based drilling fluids. It is also used to help solubilize acidic additive compounds that are difficult to dissolve in neutral to low pH environments. Also helps to restrict the solubility of lime, in lime based muds.

Packing and Storage

⊙Caustic Soda is available in25-kg sacks.

⊙Store in a dry location away from sources of heat or ignition, and minimize dust.

Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and/or stacking.

Soda Ash

H-Q Chem AJ-02 Soda-Ash as pH buffer is used to provide alkalinity for all water based systems and is compatible with freshwater, brines, and brine polymer systems.

Package

Soda ash packing: 25kg ,50kg, 750kg or 1000kg net in PP and inner-lined PE bags.

Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed.

Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and/or stacking.

Ceramic Proppant

The high quality, high performance ceramic proppant and unique fracture technologies enables our clients to build fractures that maintain the optimal balance of contact and conductivity for the life of the well. Our wide range of high quality, high performance proppant is manufactured to have a low internal pellet porosity, so that it is strong and durable enough to withstand pressure cycling and avoid the creation of fines. That means the proppant will maintain more space to flow for the life of the well.

Package

1000kg net in PP and inner-lined PE bags.

Calcium Chloride

H-Q Chem provide high purity and cost-effective CaCl2, CAS No. 10043-52-4, with worldwide supply chain and experienced in using it in drilling fluids, cementing, deicers/snow melting agent, water treatment, plastics, calcium salt production, etc.

Packing and Storage

⊙Calcium chloride is available in25-kg, 50-kg sacks.

⊙Store in a dry location away from sources of heat or ignition, and minimize dust.

⊙Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and/or stacking.
