Fluid Loss Control Additive---FS-16S
FS-16 S is AMPS based multi-polymer, powder, suitable to be water & dry mixed, the special long polymer chain can reducing the permeability of the slurry cake, and could be applied with calcium chloride (CaCl2), seawater, and from fresh water to saturated water.
FS-16 S can provide excellent fluid loss control in temperature range from 30-160 degC (86-320degF) especially when used on densified cement slurries or slurries mixed with high salt concentrations. And it exhibits biodegradability, low toxicity, and low bioaccumulation potential. FS-16 S has secondary dispersant ability, especially at low temperature, such as 80℃ (176℉).

Dispersant-- DS-23S
DS-23S is methanol and acetone based co-polymer, helps reduce the apparent viscosity and improve the rheological properties of a cement slurry. As a result, turbulent flow can be achieved at lower pumping rates, which results in reduced friction pressure during pumping. By reducing slurry’s apparent viscosity, DS-23S helps the slurry could be mixed at a higher density by reductions in the amount of mix water added. Although the slurry is denser, it remains easy to pump and will require less, possibly no, weighted material. DS-23S dispersant is available as a dry powder intended for bulk blending with cement and admixtures. DS-23L dispersant is a liquid version of the additive, available for locations without blending facilities. Both could help improve fluid-loss control and can provide slight slurry retardation.

Retarder—R-37S
R-37 S retarder is sulfonates, organic salts based powder HT retarding agent, performs stable at temperature up to 170degC(356degF) By adsorbing on the surface of the cement hydrate, and chelating calcium ions, thereby preventing the premature formation of crystal structure to perform retarding. This retarder has good anti-high temperature property and the addition of it has linear rule with thickening time in high temperature environment. With R-37 S retarder the cement slurry features short thickening time and fast early set cement strength, and it will not affect later strength of set cement in high temperature, and also will not form ultra retardance on top of cemented interval.

Foaming Agent—TEC-03
FoamTEC-03 foaming surfactant has good foaming ability, foam stability, salt tolerance, oil resistance, and large temperature range. FoamTEC-03 foaming agent exhibits excellent carrying ability and displacement ability to sand, water, impurities, oily water.

FoamTEC-03 is available in 25-L drums, 55-USgal drums, 200-L drums, or 1000-L IBC tank.
Defoamer-DF
DF series is polyether based low-toxicity blend formulated to control foaming in cementing. By minimizes foaming and air entrainment in cement slurries, DF-B helps alleviate foaming problems in troublesome slurries, such as those containing salt, latexes, or in slurries with high yield points. With excellent antifoaming and defoaming performance, DF-B helps operators to mix slurries to specifically designed densities.
