Based on years of experience and research on customer needs in the oil/gas industry, Jereh has successfully developed treating iron products suitable for both standard, low-temperature and sour services, including swivel joint, plug valve, integral pup joint, integral fitting, safety valve, check valve, choke valve, hose loop and reel swivel. Maximum pressure is up to 20,000psi. Each treating iron product is conducted strict quality control and test, meeting international standards including ASTM/ASME. Each product has the only traceable number for lifecycle quality management. Tool kit and repair kit are available to suit each product for easy maintenance. Besides standard products, we can also provide customized service to meet various customer needs.

Choke valves are widely used to adjust pressure and flow. Jereh choke valves include the hydraulic and manual in respect of the operation mode. Adjustable choke valves adopt union connection and the orifice size is adjusted to achieve the regulation of flow and pressure.

Integral pup joints are straight tubes with union connection on both ends, widely used for transporting high pressure flow in fracturing manifold, cementing manifold, servicing manifold and testing lines. Jereh integral pup joints are forged from premium alloy steel. Metal melting and heat treatment processes ensure the strength. Based on analysis of weight and erosion resistance, Jereh has improved wall thickness and inner bore, extending service life, making them the ideal choice for oilfield applications. To meet diverse customer needs, integral pup joints for standard service are available with many styles, pressure and temperature rating. Besides, Jereh has introduced integral pup joints for sour gas service as per NACE MR 0175. Customized design is also available.

Reel swivels are mainly used in coiled tubing units with one end connected to the coiled tubing and the other end connected to surface manifold to rotate under pressure. Jereh reel swivels feature excellent sealing capability and strong corrosion resistance. Special sealing configuration and components ensure higher sealing performance and longer service life. Key seal surfaces are treated specially to enhance corrosion resistance. To meet diverse needs, Jereh offers two basic types (U-shape and L-shape) both for standard and sour gas service.
