Subsea Pipeline Pre-commissioning Unit
The subsea pipeline pre-commissioning unit is composed of three skids, including subsea pigging, subsea pressure test and subsea distribution unit, which are used for pre-commissioning operations such as pipeline cleaning, pressurization and temperature & pressure detection at the depth of 2,000 m in the deep sea. It's available in chemical injection to meet the pre-commissioning requirements of subsea pipeline before official operations.Technical Parameters
Item | Parameter |
---|---|
Dimensions (L x W x H) | 4,000×2,500×2,600 mm |
Total Weight | 10,000 kg (Chemical excluded) |
Flowrate | 150 m³/h |

7.2Subsea Pressure
Test SkidThe subsea pressure test skid, integrated with seawater filter, subsea piston pump, pressure sensor, and data acquisition system, is suitable for pipeline pressure test operation. It serves to destroy the adhesion between the removed objects and the subsea pipeline through flushing from high-pressure water jet to wash up the marine organisms on the surface of the submarine pipeline.

7.3 Subsea Distribution Unit
The subsea distribution unit functions with two kinds of operation modes including the Downline and subsea distribution unit. There are two pressure test channels and the expandable channels reserved. Each channel is integrated with temperature sensor and pressure sensor to allow for the simultaneous pressure test of multiple subsea pipelines.
