Single-channel Frac Wellhead Manifold

As the key fluid delivery channel between high & low pressure manifold skid and wellhead, the single-channel frac wellhead manifold system consists of rotating flange and diverter manifold skid, which can meet the requirements of large displacement, high pressure and continuous operation, helping fracturing operation to be safer, more efficient, eco-friendly and reliable.

Description

Compared with conventional union manifold, a 75% reduction in the number of manifold and a 80% reduction in connections minimize potential leakage points at fracturing operation site;
Streamlined design improves the movement path of fracturing medium in the manifold channel, with a service life twice that of conventional union manifold;
The wall thickness is 3~4 times that of conventional manifold, improving the pressure integrity and ensuring on-site operation safety;   
Flange connection complying with API 6A standard, and metal seal are applied to improve sealing reliability and effectiveness greatly;
Multi-degree-of-freedom adjustments between frac tree and manifold skid are available by single-channel rotating flange, applicable to different well site layout;
The zipper fracturing operation between different wellheads is accessible, improving the operation efficiency.
